Four Seasons Resort to celebrate its first anniversary in style with its venues offering birthday inspired dessert menus all through December

Since its grand opening last December, the Four Seasons Resort has established itself as the ultimate dining destination in Dubaiunnamedcourtesy its diverse mix of global cuisines. This December, the resort is all set for the first anniversary celebrations with its venues offering delectable dessert menus all through the month.

The anniversary dessert offerings at Suq, the resort’s market-style restaurant, include an Arabic sweet platter featuring rose-water and pistachio ice cream, katayef cheese, date muhalabia and saffron and coconut mousse accompanied by Arabic sweets. Sea Fu, the beachside eatery at Four Seasons will serve dome caramel bomb made of salted caramel, pistachio dacquoise sponge and salted caramel sauce and fig sorbet. And Mercury Lounge, the rooftop restaurant will offer a couple of small portions of homemade ice creams teamed with a rose essence cocktail.

Known for its Latin American flair, COYA will serve a dessert platter featuring Chicha morada made with Peruvian purple corn colada, passion fruit and strawberry along with orange shortbread, Sundae de maiz, a corn sundae with a sweet corn ice cream and popcorn and Ganache de caramel made with salted caramel ganache, raspberry sorbet and candied orange.

Jean-Georges Dubai will not be left behind during the celebrations with tasty offerings like the Homemade Crème Fraiche Cheesecake served with red fruits and topped with cranberry sorbet, accompanied by a warm chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream; both topped with fresh strawberries. And Nusret, the highly acclaimed Turkish Steak house, will serve its signature dessert Pistachio Baklava, a layered Turkish ice cream from the region of Kahramanmaraş, which is often referred to as the capital of ice cream in Turkey.
